Persons interested in
applying should complete the appropriate application. Completed applications and other information requested in
the vacancy notice and on the district website (www.park6.org) must be returned to the Human Resources
Office prior to the posted deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered or
maintained.

The supervising
administrator will appoint a committee to screen the applications according to
predetermined criteria for each position.
The screening committee will determine which candidates will be selected
for interview.
THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
The candidates selected
for interviews will be personally contacted and asked to come to one of the
district offices for a personal interview conducted by an interview
committee. This interview will be
at the candidateÕs own expense.
Interview committees will consist of selected administrators and the
interview committee may request other personnel as may be requestion by the
interview committee. Informal

will not be held. Telephone
interviews are not acceptable.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
After the interview
process, the interview committee will recommend a candidate to the superintendent
for employment. In the event the
interview committee does not feel it can recommend any candidate for
employment, the employment process will continue. A successful candidate will be notified and given
instructions regarding acceptance of the position for which he/she has
