School coaches motivate, instruct, and coach athletes. Their primary responsibility is improving the performance of these athletes. They are typically required to have a bachelor's degree and state teaching credentials through PTSB.  All individuals working as a coach who do not have a valid WY State Coaching License will be considered volunteers until they obtain the valid license.
