Our Annual STEM Day with the University of Wyoming was an incredible success this spring! Our students explored science, technology, engineering, and math through 13 engaging, hands-on stations led by amazing university students and community experts.
From brain science and human anatomy to engineering, energy, plants, wildlife, and more, every station sparked curiosity and brought learning to life. 🔬⚡🌿
🧠 Brain Science with Abby Cargill
💪 Human Anatomy with Gustavo Hernandez
🦎 Adaptations with Ted Rittle
💡 Circuits with Rachel Harris
🌎 Food Webs with Kaitlynn Johnson
🪨 Geology with Grace Coombs
🌱 Plants with the UW Controlled Environment Agriculture Center
⚙️ Engineering with the UW Engineering Outreach Program
⚡ Energy with the UW School of Energy Resources
🎈 Blow Up Brain with One Health
🌿 Native Plants with the Cody Conservation District
🐍 Snakes and 🦌 Elk with Wyoming State Parks
We are especially grateful to the University of Wyoming for their continued collaboration and partnership with local community organizations to provide these meaningful, hands-on experiences for our students. Thank you to every presenter and partner who helped inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and problem-solvers. We can’t wait for next year! ✨

🧠💪 4th Grade Science in Action! 💀✨
Today, our students dove into hands-on learning as we explored the muscular and skeletal systems! From building simple models to testing how muscles work together to move our bodies, the classroom was full of curiosity and discovery.
Students learned how bones provide structure and protection, while muscles help us move, stretch, and stay active. Seeing these systems in action made science come alive!
👏 Great job to our young scientists for their teamwork, questions, and enthusiasm today!
