REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Request for proposal to offer music instruction during the 2021-2022 school year. The district is seeking an individual to provide elementary music instruction for two rural elementary schools in Park County School District No 6. Wapiti students in grades K-2 and 3-5 will receive one 30-45 minute class per week. Valley students will receive one 60 minute class per week.
POSITION: Rural Elementary Music Teacher
SUPERVISOR: Building Principal
JOB SUMMARY: To teach and have all students learn the taught music curriculum and meet the mission of the school district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred but not required education/certification:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Hold or be eligible to hold a Wyoming Teaching Certificate.
3. Hold appropriate art endorsement(s).
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND HOURS OF DUTY:
● School year - Aug 25, 2021 - May 26, 2022 -- Monday through Friday
● School hours - 8:00-3:00 p.m.
