Sunset Elementary Celebrates Grand Opening of Innotech Studios

Cody, WY – April 28, 2025 — Sunset Elementary, in proud partnership with community organizations and state initiatives, is excited to announce the grand opening of our new collaborative space, Innotech Studios. These active learning spaces will create and support student development and career exploration through hands-on learning. This event marks a significant step forward in our commitment to the "Classroom to Careers" program and Governor Gordon’s "RIDE" (Reimagining and Innovating the Delivery of Education) initiative.

These innovative spaces are designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and real-world skills among students as they engage with professionals and programs that bridge the gap between education and employment.

We extend our heartfelt thanks and look forward to continued collaboration with the following organizations for their generous support and shared vision:

• The Daughters of the American Revolution (Victory Gardens)

• Cody CAN (student leadership and economic planning)

• Pure Performance (student healthy choices and physical fitness)

• The Wyoming Hunger Initiative (First Lady Gordon)
